I was not on board the Keppler, but I WAS on board the USS Harwood, DD861 from Aug 1961 to May 1963 as an ET. We bounced around the Atlantic a few times with the Keppler, as I recall, and I am looking for ships that had the same version of FRAM II that we had. Most notable was the SPS6 Radar, NO asroc, Hedgehog mount on the 01 level forward, and of course, the helo deck, which got converted into the crews lounge and theater, since the DASH equipment wasn't on board yet. Great Site!!Name: Daniel Lingroth
